Preparation or Complementation of the Documentary Assessment Tables.

  • The preparation or Complementation of the TVD will be carried out in accordance with the following considerations:
     

  1. Classification in producing units and time periods.

  2. External cleaning and basic file preservation activities.

  3. Unorganized accumulated file inventory

  4. Preparation of classification tables.

  5. Assessment.

  6. Prepare TVD proposal.

  7. Verify and support the documentary series that are registered in various administrative units or production offices.

  8. Approval of TVD and validation before the AGN.

  • The necessary activities will be carried out in order to systematically carry out the selection, purification, possible disposal and ecological elimination of obsolete archival material, which according to the TVD documentary valuation tables allow the eventual ecological destruction and a real distribution of the files according to their documentary life. The documentary types that make up the files will be duly numbered in order to facilitate their organization, consultation and control; as indicated by the standard. The numbering will be ordered consecutively and will be located in the upper right corner of the sheet, as the document reads, one  legibly and without amendment.

  • The control sheet will be drawn up for each file.
