The technical assistance service will be provided each time it is required by your Entity or Company, initially with immediate telephone assistance once the request is received by email soporte.docufile@innpacific.gov.co, and in person with the team of development engineers at your facilities within 2 hours of receiving the call, from 8 am to 5 pm, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). Likewise, the technical assistance service includes the customization of the SGDEA DOCUFile ECM-BPMN ® system to the specific needs of the entity.
Our Document Management System SGDEA DOCUFile ECM-BPMN ® It is updated every 6 months, making improvements in favor of the operation and quality of our software and in the different document management processes of our clients, offering an improvement of a personalized version tailored to the entity
The version update every 6 months includes a training of 20 hours for the technical staff and 10 hours for the users, in this semester training the handling of all the continuous improvements that are made to our system is explained. This training is face-to-face and will be scheduled with you once the version update is done. In the same way, this update includes the technical and operational manuals that we generate for each one of them.
INVESTECH SAS will assign one (1) lead support and maintenance engineer in SGDEA DOCUFile ECM-BPMN ® and a development engineer to customize the tool to the specific needs of your entity or company.
TECHNICAL NOTE: All new developments made to the Document Management System SGDEA DOCUFile ECM-BPMN ® They will remain the property of your entity or company duly documented with their respective source code.
